We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join MKE Aesthetics & Wellness at our new Kenosha area office, located within the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie.

As a Nurse Practitioner in our facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care primarily focused on weight loss intake and maintenance, as well as administering aesthetic injectables including Neuromodulator and Dermal Fillers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, weight loss goals, and aesthetic concerns.

Develop personalized weight loss plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.

Administer injectables following established protocols and guidelines.

Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including charting progress notes, treatment plans, and informed consent documentation.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional and compassionate manner.

Process payments and rebook clients according to schedule.

Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in aesthetic medicine or weight management.

Proficiency in administering injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

This position offers consistent but flexible hours, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Schedule may include evenings and weekends to accommodate patient needs.
